Word provides the Microsoft Clip Art Gallery containing numerous images.  Each image has its own filename.  More images can be downloaded from the Microsoft Web Site on the Internet.

To insert a clip art image into a Word document, click Insert on the Menu Bar. Select Picture from the drop-down menu.  Then select Clip Art from the submenu.

The Clip Art Gallery will display showing a list of categories on the left side of the window.  Images related to a specific category will display on the right side of the window and a description with filename displays at the bottom of the window.

Click on the image to be used in your document.  A box will appear around the selected image.  Click on the Insert button.  The image will be placed in your document.
